The problem: Two apartments losing power intermittently and the building’s own contractor unable to find the cause.
What we did: Traced the supply back through three sub-boards to a corroded connection in a communal riser that served both flats. Connection remade, riser board tested end to end and the affected circuits re-terminated.
Result: Power stable since and the freeholder got a written report showing exactly where the weakness was.

Landlord EICR and remedials, Levenshulme terrace

The problem: Rented three-bed with an expired certificate, a rewireable fuse box and no RCD anywhere in the property.
What we did: Full EICR, C2 items priced clearly, then a new 18th-edition board with RCBOs, two circuits repaired and interlinked mains-wired alarms fitted.
Result: Satisfactory report issued and sent to the agent, with everything closed out in one visit rather than three.
